Neighbourhood Node Collection & Delivery Information
You’ve ordered your seedling tray(s) and now you’re all excited to get planting. So here’s the lowdown on how we are going to get your tray to you.
Collection
Standard procedure is to collect your tray(s) from your Neighbourhood Node collection point listed below. Pick up times are indicated, and will be communicated through the Node WhatsApp groups. Please be sure to pick up your tray during this window, and if you are unable to, please let the Node Contact person know in advance.
Home Delivery
Some of our nodes offer a home delivery service at extra cost. This will be on the same date as shown below, or possibly the following morning. Approximate time will be communicated to you by the Delivery driver.
Communication
You will receive an email from us the day before your Node receives the trays with a reminder link to this document. Please follow it to double check the details.
Changes
Sometimes things change. We may need to change the date by a day or two. These changes will be updated on this document and on our website. They will also be communicated on the Node WhatsApp groups (good idea to join the relevant one).
Donated Trays
If you were awesome enough to sponsor trays into our Community Nodes, we will let you know when these are delivered. Images will appear on our social media feeds. You’re a hero(ine).
